"Bill dude, where you from?"

I have been lame about keeping up with the blog lately, but whatever. I saw smog with tennis coats and joanna newsome the other night. Some other Japanese funk electro band played too, but they sucked and annoyed the hell out of me. There was a young couple there with their little kid who said "urusai!" which means noisy/rude.
Joanna Newsome was great. She has such an interesting/weird voice. Just her and a harp, good stuff. Smog was really good too. He is getting old, and a sounded a lot more country than the last time I saw him (ages ago in Toronto). In the middle of the show this annoying (probably american) said "bill dude, where you from man?" Bill answered "did you call me dude?" but went on to say he was from Maryland.
I went for a bike ride today. Windy, but I managed 50 km. Riding fixed is so amazing. Its so smooth and fast. I pushed it up to 50 kmph for a bit on a flat. Maybe the fastest Ive ever gone without a hill.
